Appointments

Our surgery primarily operate on an appointment basis. Patients may request a telephone or face-to-face appointment with a clinician.

Doctor and nurse appointments can be scheduled either by phone, online or in person. If you wish to register for online appointment booking, please complete and sign a form obtainable at the reception. This will allow us to create an account for you. Additionally, you can reach us through eConsult, accessible on our website. With eConsult, you can conveniently submit your medical query electronically at a time that is convenient for you and one of the team members will respond by end of next working day.

All appointment requests undergo a thorough review by our team members, who will then schedule the appropriate appointment for you.

In situations where the number of available appointments for the day has reached a safe limit, you may be directed to other healthcare professionals such as nurses, pharmacists, social care prescribers, physiotherapists, or NHS111. We kindly request that you show respect and understanding towards our staff when contacting us for an appointment, as they are working diligently under challenging circumstances.

We strictly adhere to a Chaperone Policy to ensure patient comfort and safety. If you feel the need for a chaperone during your consultation, please inform us when booking your appointment so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
