Transformation update

We want to share an important update regarding the transformation process here at Nettlebed Surgery.

As part of our commitment to enhancing our operations and services, our transformation team has been working since February. We have now completed a significant phase involving adjustments to our staff team. While this required us to make some difficult decisions including redundancies, we assure you that these changes have not affected the quality or availability of our clinical services, which continue to operate as normal.

Looking ahead, we are focused on incorporating innovative technologies while maintaining the traditional values and high standards of care you have come to expect from us. This next phase is designed to improve your experience and enhance the effectiveness of our healthcare services.
