Complaints, comments & suggestions

We welcome any suggestions or comments that you may have about our services. Put a note in the suggestion box on the waiting room table, speak to one of the staff or send an email to the Practice Manager john.lisiewicz@nhs.net 

We take complaints very seriously. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please speak to any member of staff or contact the Practice Manager by telephone or, if you prefer, in writing or by email. Every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible.
