NHS England published NHS England » You and your general practice in June 2025 setting out the standards patients can expect and how they can support their GP team.  

We welcome any suggestions or comments that you may have about our services. Put a note in the suggestion box, speak to one of the staff or send an email to the Business Manager annsadler@nhs.net 

We take complaints very seriously. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please speak to any member of staff or contact the Practice Manager by telephone or, if you prefer, in writing or by email. Every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible.
