New Patients

We are delighted to accept registration requests from individuals regardless of their address although our catchment area encompasses an approximate 5-mile radius around Nettlebed. This coverage encompasses a majority of the region displayed on the map provided below. However, patients outside our catchment area can only receive telephone or surgery appointments; home visits are not available. During peak demand, we may not be able to accept registration from patients outside the Nettlebed area.

Anyone in England can register with a GP surgery. You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS Number.
