Violent and Abusive Patients
Violence against NHS staff is a crime. We have a policy of zero tolerance to violence or abuse against our staff. Any incident where staff are abused, threatened, harassed or assaulted could result in the patient being reported to the police and no longer allowed to receive medical services from this practice.
