Nettlebed Surgery is pleased to confirm that we are able to participate in ADHD Shared Care arrangements for eligible patients, in accordance with the BOB Integrated Care Board (ICB) Shared Care Protocols.
If you have been diagnosed with ADHD by a specialist and your treatment has been stabilised, your specialist may be able to request that your ADHD prescribing is transferred to the practice under a formal Shared Care Agreement.
Shared Care is not automatic and certain clinical criteria must be met before prescribing can transfer to your GP.
For further information about eligibility, the Shared Care process and patient responsibilities, please visit our ADHD Shared Care at Nettlebed Surgery page.
