ADHD Right to Choose – Accredited Providers
Information for patients
NHS Thames Valley Integrated Care Board (ICB) has introduced an accredited provider list for ADHD Right to Choose referrals.
This has been introduced in response to increasing demand for ADHD assessment and treatment services and to help ensure that patients are referred to providers that meet agreed standards for quality and clinical governance.
This accredited list replaces any previous ADHD Right to Choose provider lists that may have been circulated.
Accredited ADHD Right to Choose providers
The following providers are currently accredited by the ICB:
Adults and Children & Young People (CYP)
- Care ADHD
- Health Harmonie
Adults only
- Ciconia Recovery Ltd
- Harrow Health
What does this mean for patients?
If you are considering an NHS Right to Choose referral for an ADHD assessment, referrals will need to follow the current ICB arrangements and accredited provider list.
The accredited provider approach is intended to provide greater consistency and quality assurance across ADHD assessment and treatment pathways.
Please be aware that Right to Choose does not mean that every provider offering ADHD services can automatically be referred to through the NHS. Providers must meet the relevant NHS and ICB requirements.
Can the provider list change?
Yes. The ICB will keep the accredited provider list under review.
As additional Right to Choose providers become accredited by the ICB, they will be added to the list and GP practices will be informed of any changes.
Nettlebed Surgery will update this page when we are notified of changes to the accredited provider list.
Requesting an ADHD Right to Choose referral
If you would like to discuss an ADHD Right to Choose referral, please contact Nettlebed Surgery through our usual contact routes.
A referral remains a clinical referral and will need to contain the appropriate information required by the receiving service. The practice cannot guarantee that a particular provider will accept a referral or specify how long an assessment or treatment will take.

The information on this page relates specifically to the current ADHD Right to Choose arrangements communicated to GP practices by the ICB. It should not be taken as confirmation that a particular provider can offer an assessment or treatment within a particular timeframe.
