We are delighted to share that Nettlebed Surgery has received excellent results in the 2026 GP Patient Survey, and we would like to say a heartfelt thank you to all of our patients who took the time to complete the survey. The 2026 survey results were published on 9 July 2026.
Your feedback is invaluable. It helps us understand what we are doing well, highlights what matters most to you, and guides us in continuing to improve the services we provide.
We are incredibly proud that so many of our patients have recognised the kindness, professionalism and dedication of our team. These results reflect the hard work of every member of staff, who strive each day to provide safe, compassionate and high-quality care to our community.
The past year has brought a number of changes for the practice, including changes within our team. We know that periods of change can sometimes affect both staff and patients, and we are especially grateful for the patience, understanding and support shown by our patients throughout this time.
We would also like to recognise the resilience and commitment of our staff, who have continued to go above and beyond despite the many challenges facing general practice. Their dedication to caring for our patients is what makes Nettlebed Surgery such a special place to work and receive care.
Whilst we are proud of these results, we know there is always more to do. We remain committed to listening to your feedback, learning from your experiences and continually improving the services we provide.
On behalf of everyone at Nettlebed Surgery, thank you for your continued trust, kindness and support. It is a privilege to care for our community, and we look forward to continuing to serve you in the years ahead.
