 Please be aware that Nettlebed Surgery is not responsible for prescribing, monitoring, or managing weight loss injections provided by external pharmacies.

 Your prescribing pharmacy is solely responsible for:

• Conducting a full medical assessment before prescribing

• Reviewing your medical history and any potential contraindications

• Providing appropriate guidance and follow-up care

 If you have any concerns or questions about your treatment, please contact the pharmacy that prescribed your medication.
