We are committed to being a Carer Aware practice, recognising the important role that carers play in supporting their friends, partners, or relatives who may have physical or mental illnesses, disabilities, learning disabilities, frailty, or addiction problems and require assistance to live at home.
Our goal is to identify carers and ensure they are aware of the support available to them through various channels, including our local Carers Centre, Oxfordshire County Council, and our own practice.
If you are a carer, we kindly request that you inform us so that we can provide you with the necessary support and guidance. We want to ensure you have access to the resources and assistance you need.
